The CPD process defined by CIMA (2013) clearly outlined the main steps should be involved. I use this framework to help me to reflect my professional development. In order to show my competence for my role as an educator, I value the importance of CPD relevant activities in my daily plan to have on–going improvements in my knowledge and skills. Moreover, I am also doing pedagogical research and research in my subjects to keep continuing development of my knowledge and skills (see published paper in Section A). Furthermore, I am using multiple digital tools to broaden my CPD opportunities and promote participation in higher education via my professional networks (Moorley and Chinn, 2015). Additionally, as a researcher, I am using Vitae Researcher Development Framework (Teaching Lens) to help me to identify, assess, reflect, and evaluate my development (https://rdfplanner.vitae.ac.uk/sally-sun ), see the figure demonstrated as above (hyper link of the original source is provided for this image, you can just click on the image).
